Grooming Duration
Estimated appointment times:
- Small and medium-sized dogs: approximately 2–3 hours
- Large and giant breeds: approximately 3–5 hours
The exact duration depends on your dog's coat condition, behaviour, breed, and the services selected.
Additional Charges
Some appointments may require extra time or additional staff. In these situations, the following charges may apply:
- Large breeds or appointments requiring two groomers: 200 PLN per hour
- De-matting or heavily tangled coats: 50 PLN per additional 30 minutes
Communication During Your Dog's Visit
Please keep your phone nearby during your dog's appointment. If we need to discuss your dog's wellbeing or any unexpected situation, we'll contact you by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp. We may apply the minimum necessary decisions to ensure your dog's health, safety, and comfort. No additional services will be performed without your approval.
Pick-Up Notes
At drop-off, we'll give you an estimated pick-up time and will send a WhatsApp message or contact you approximately 30 minutes before your dog is ready.
When you arrive, please do not knock or open the salon door, as this may distract or stress your dog during grooming. Instead, ring the gate doorbell or send us a WhatsApp message, then wait in the front garden until we invite you inside the salon.
If your dog is collected more than 30 minutes after the agreed pick-up time, a 30 PLN fee will be charged for every additional 30 minutes.
Please note that if another grooming session is in progress when you arrive, you may need to wait a little longer before entering the salon.
