Salon Rules
- Dogs must remain on a lead.
- Please wait until invited inside.
- Children must remain supervised.
- Inform us if your dog becomes unwell before the appointment.
- Respect other dogs currently being groomed.
Appointment Preparation

Arrive on time
Please arrive at your scheduled time — not too early or late.
Walk your dog first
Walk your dog 20–30 minutes before visiting our salon.
Lead & muzzle
Bring your dog on a lead, with a muzzle if needed.

Behavioural notes
Inform us about any behavioural issues in advance.
Vaccination proof
Bring vaccination documents (first visit only), or upload a photo to your account on our website.

We're easy to reach and there's plenty of space to park. Use the map to navigate to the exact entrance, then follow the arrival photos below so you know precisely where to go.
Parking: free street parking is available on both sides of the entrance. Please keep neighbouring driveways and gates clear. From the parking spot it's a short 1–2 minute walk to the salon.

During Grooming
- Estimated time: most grooms take 1.5–3 hours, but it can be up to 5 hours depending on breed size, coat condition and services you choose.
- Stay reachable: Please keep your phone nearby during your dog's appointment. If we need to discuss your dog's wellbeing or any unexpected situation, we'll contact you by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp. We may apply the minimum necessary decisions to ensure your dog's health, safety, and comfort. No additional services will be performed without your approval.
- Additional work: heavy matting or extra services may add a small charge — we always ask first.
- Live tracking: if you booked, you can follow your appointment progress at the top of this page.
- How we communicate: WhatsApp, SMS or phone.

We review the finished groom to make sure everything is just right.
Ready for Pickup
We message you as soon as your dog is freshly groomed and ready.

Collect your happy dog and we'll share any care tips for home.

Please collect on time. Late collection may incur a fee of 30 PLN per 30 minutes.

Booking Changes
Plans change — we understand. Here's how to adjust your appointment smoothly:
- Rescheduling: please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your slot to another dog.
- Running late: a quick message helps us keep the day on track and hold your place where possible.
- Cancellation: give us as much notice as you can — late cancellations may affect future bookings.
