Our prices include the standard grooming time allocated for each dog size. If the session exceeds the allocated time due to coat condition, behaviour, or optional services, additional salon time will be charged at 15 PLN per 15 minutes.

What's not included
This service does not include hair cutting, clipping, trimming or professional grooming performed by our staff. It is intended only for self-service bathing, drying and the approved optional add-ons.
Safety and rules
- The owner remains responsible for supervising and safely handling the dog.
- The dog must not be left unattended.
- Equipment must be used according to the displayed instructions.
- Aggressive dogs or dogs that cannot be handled safely may not use the service.
- Customers must disclose relevant health, skin and behavioural conditions during booking.
- Professional grooming assistance is not included.
- Add-ons are performed by the dog owner, not the groomer.
- The workstation is cleaned and disinfected between appointments.
